Hi Sue, my 15 year old daughter is interested in learning to sew along with three of her friends. Can we organise a group sewing class once we come out of lockdown. Can you also recommend a good sewing machine for her. She is currently practising on her grandmother’s old Janome.

Hi Annie, yes we can definitely organise a sewing class once the restrictions allow us to do so. The sewing machine that I find to be the best for beginners is the Janome MyExcel 18W https://www.janomesewingcentre.com.au/shop/sewing-machines/mechanical-sewing-machines/janome-myexcel-3018/
This sewing machine is a very strong mechanical machine that has all the settings needed for various techniques Eg: needle position movement, presser foot pressure control and ability for all sewing needs. Kind regards
