Hi, I’m Sue Murphy.

I’m passionate about sewing and teaching, and I’ve spent my life helping people discover the joy of creating their own garments. From childhood creativity to over four decades teaching textiles and fashion, sewing has always been at the heart of what I do.

Today, through Sew Good, I offer personalised sewing lessons that build confidence, creativity, and practical skills — at your pace.

      My group sewing class times with availability:
      Monday at 10.30am-12.30pm
      Tuesday at 10.30am-12.30pm and 5pm-7pm.
      Saturday at 10.30am-12.30pm and 12.30pm-2.30pm.

  3. Hi Sue, my 15 year old daughter is interested in learning to sew along with three of her friends. Can we organise a group sewing class once we come out of lockdown. Can you also recommend a good sewing machine for her. She is currently practising on her grandmother’s old Janome.
